3. Packaging and Proof of Dispatch
To ensure transparency and avoid disputes:

Every order is recorded via video during packaging before dispatch.

The packaging video serves as proof of product condition and contents at the time of shipment.

SDA Store may share packaging videos or images with customers for verification, if required.

These videos are stored securely and deleted once the refund/return eligibility period (3 days post-delivery) expires, ensuring data privacy compliance.
4. Tracking Orders
Once dispatched:

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
If a delivery fails due to:
