5. RBI-Compliant Payment Gateway Policy

To comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Payment Aggregator (PA) guidelines, SDA Store uses authorized and compliant payment gateways.

By making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Regulatory Compliance:
- All payments are processed through gateways authorized by the Reserve Bank of India under its Payment Aggregator and Payment Gateway Framework (latest circulars issued by RBI).
- SDA Store itself does not store, process, or transmit raw card or payment data.
Data Security & Tokenization:
- We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- As per RBI’s mandate, SDA Store does not store card numbers, CVV, or payment credentials on its servers.
- All transactions are securely tokenized, encrypted, and processed through approved networks.
KYC & Merchant Verification:
- SDA Store complies with the KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and merchant onboarding procedures required by RBI and the partnered payment aggregators.
- Accurate business and customer records are maintained as per regulatory requirements.
Settlement & Escrow:
- Payment settlements to SDA Store are handled as per RBI escrow account guidelines for Payment Aggregators.
- Customers can be assured that their payments are safeguarded until transaction completion.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
- In case of a failed transaction, double debit, or chargeback, refunds will be processed as per the rules of the payment gateway and RBI’s consumer protection framework.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank and payment method.
Prohibited Activities:
- You agree not to use SDA Store for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities.
- Violations will lead to immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days.
International deliveries vary by destination, courier, and customs processing.
SDA Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs authorities.

7. Packaging and Proof

Every order is video recorded during packaging to ensure authenticity and prevent disputes.
We may share packaging videos or images with customers for verification if needed.
These records are kept temporarily and deleted once the refund/return period (3 days) expires.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Only defective or non-functional products are eligible for review and replacement/refund.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any refund or replacement request.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
